Using a spatula or wooden spoon fold wet ingredients into the hamburger.
Add dry ingredients and fold them in being careful not to over mix.
Form ΒΌ pound patties and poke hole in the middle.
Grill over medium heat until cooked to your preferred doneness.
Cut 2 triangle shapes from a red pepper for each hamburger.
Assemble hamburgers and use toothpicks to secure red pepper triangles to the top.
